• Website analytics (page views, traffic sources) through standard analytics tools

Information we do NOT collect:

• Your health data. The health information you share with the AI Gem stays between you and the AI service provider (e.g., Google). We do not have access to your AI conversations, health logs, or any data you provide to the Gem.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the Product to you after purchase
• Send you the post-purchase email sequence (onboarding, tips, check-ins)
• Respond to your questions or support requests
• Improve the Product based on general feedback
• Send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• Gumroad — payment processing and product delivery. Gumroad's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

• Google Gemini — AI service used in the Product. Google's privacy policy governs how they handle data you provide to the Gem. We encourage you to review Google's AI privacy practices.

Data Retention

We retain your purchase and contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Product and related services. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
