These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Billionaire Health Protocol ("the Product") offered by Billionaire Health Protocol ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Description

The Billionaire Health Protocol is a digital information product that teaches a method for using artificial intelligence tools to track and identify patterns in personal health data. The Product includes educational materials, instructional guides, and access to a pre-configured AI chat interface ("the Gem").

2. Purchase and Access

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive:

• An email containing a link to the AI Gem and the product guide
• Access to the post-purchase email sequence with additional guidance

Access is delivered digitally. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and internet connection to use the Product.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Product or Gem link with others who have not purchased it
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Product for commercial purposes
• Use the Product to provide health advice or services to others
• Misrepresent AI-generated observations as professional medical advice
• Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the Product — including text, methods, frameworks, prompt language, and instructional materials — is the intellectual property of Billionaire Health Protocol and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own health tracking purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The Product relies on third-party AI services (such as Google Gemini) for its core functionality. We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party AI functionality, availability, or pricing
• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses
• Data handling practices of third-party AI providers
• Service interruptions or discontinuation by third-party providers

You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party AI service you use in connection with the Product.

6. Refund Policy

7. Coaching Services

Optional coaching calls are available for an additional fee. Coaching calls are non-refundable once completed. If you leave a coaching call without a clear action plan, we will schedule one follow-up session at no additional charge.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of the Product content
• The results you may or may not achieve
• The continuous availability of third-party AI services
• The fitness of the Product for any particular medical purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billionaire Health Protocol and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
